In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. 2. User Accounts
To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your password or account information.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the data you store in your vault. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
4. Security
The security of your data is paramount. SecureStash uses end-to-end encryption, meaning we cannot access, read, or decrypt the data you store. You are responsible for securely managing your master password, as we cannot recover it for you. Losing your master password may result in the permanent loss of access to your data.
5. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SecureStash or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SecureStash's website, even if SecureStash or a SecureStash authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
